• Calendar synchronization with third-party services
• Family member management and task assignment
• Photo storage and display features

3. Account Registration

To use FamBoard, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using FamBoard.

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing is available on our website. Prices may change with notice.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew each year
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to FamBoard, including photos, calendar events, and task data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your content to you and your family members
• Process your content to provide the Service
• Create backups to protect against data loss

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Integrations

FamBoard integrates with third-party services like Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We'll notify you of planned maintenance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamBoard and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

FamBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will end
• You can export your data before cancellation
• We will delete your data according to our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding fees remain due

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
